Privacy Policy
The short version
- There is no Adrix account to create. We do not ask for your name or email to use the app.
- Your Apple Ads sign-in tokens live only in your device’s Keychain — encrypted, device-bound, and never synced to iCloud.
- Our servers store no tokens, no credentials, and no copy of your campaigns.
- No third-party analytics, no advertising SDKs, no tracking. This website sets no cookies.
1. Who we are
Adrix is built and operated by Zippy IT Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales and based in London, United Kingdom (“Adrix”, “we”, “us”). For the limited personal data described here, Zippy IT Solutions Ltd is the data controller.
If you have any question about privacy, contact us at [email protected].
2. What Adrix does
Adrix is an iPhone and iPad app for managing Apple Ads (formerly Apple Search Ads) campaigns. After you sign in through Apple, the app talks directly to Apple’s Apple Ads API from your device to show your campaigns and carry out the changes you make. Our own backend is only involved in signing you in and keeping that sign-in valid.
3. Data stored on your device
Almost everything Adrix knows about you stays on your iPhone or iPad:
- Apple Ads access and refresh tokens. Held in the device Keychain, encrypted and device-bound, so they are never written to iCloud or backed up off-device. To keep you signed in, a token is briefly exchanged through our backend (see section 4), but is never stored there.
- App preferences and a short-lived cache. Your selected organisation and a cache of recently loaded figures, so the app can show your last numbers quickly and when you briefly lose signal.
Deleting the app removes this data from your device. Signing out clears the stored tokens.
4. What our backend does — and does not — store
When you sign in — and whenever your session needs renewing — a token is exchanged through our backend over an encrypted connection, used for that single request, and then discarded. It is never written to disk, never logged, and never stored. The backend keeps no user accounts, no token store, and no copy of your campaigns.
The one thing the backend retains is a small device-verification record, used only to confirm that requests genuinely come from Adrix and not an imposter. It is a cryptographic key tied to the app installation — not to your name, your Apple ID, or your ad accounts — and it cannot be used to read your campaigns or spend your money.
5. Your Apple Ads data
Your campaigns, ad groups, keywords, search terms and performance figures are fetched directly from Apple by the app, using the token held on your device. This data is shown to you on your device and is never routed through, copied to, or stored on our servers.
6. Sign in with Apple Ads
You authorise Adrix through Apple’s own sign-in flow. Adrix never sees your Apple ID or password — you enter those with Apple. You grant Adrix delegated access, scoped to the organisation and access level you choose. You can review or revoke that access at any time from your Apple Ads account settings; doing so immediately stops Adrix being able to act on your account.
7. Purchases and subscriptions
Adrix offers an optional premium subscription and a one-time lifetime unlock. If you choose to buy, the payment is processed entirely by Apple under your Apple ID — we never receive or see your card details. To recognise your purchase across your devices, we use RevenueCat as a subscription-management processor; RevenueCat receives a randomly-generated app user identifier and your App Store purchase receipt to confirm your entitlement. It does not receive your name, email address, or Apple ID. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy for their handling of that data.
8. This website
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and makes no third-party requests — its fonts and images are served from this domain only. Our hosting provider processes limited technical data (such as your IP address) solely to deliver the site and protect it from abuse; it is listed in section 13.
9. Analytics, advertising and tracking
Adrix contains no third-party analytics, no crash-reporting SDKs, and no advertising or tracking frameworks. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not track you across apps or websites.
10. Children
Adrix is a professional tool for managing advertising spend and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
11. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have rights over your personal data, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection. Because we deliberately hold so little — and because the device-verification record cannot be tied back to your identity — we may be unable to locate data “about you” on request. The most complete way to remove the little we hold is to delete the app and revoke Adrix’s access in your Apple Ads settings.
To exercise a right, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
12. Data retention
On-device data persists until you sign out or delete the app. The device-verification record persists for the lifetime of that install so the app can keep proving it is genuine; it is removed from service when the install is gone. We keep no other records about you.
13. International transfers
Our infrastructure providers (Apple, Cloudflare and RevenueCat) operate globally and may process the limited technical data described above outside the UK, under their own safeguards and the standard contractual protections required by UK data-protection law.
14. Changes to this policy
If we change how Adrix handles data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
